I (Andrew Davis) started recording bands in high school, in the year 2000. Since then there were various 'studios' - from a semi-elaborate home studio that was built mostly by Bob Davis (my dad), to various ad-hoc setups in mill spaces and apartments, and presently, subModern audio, a more or less professional studio.
subModern Audio formally established in 2017, however to this the name 'subModern' was for various studio spaces in Providence and Central Falls in the years previous.
